CONTENT CREATOR

We’re looking for a full-time content creator to join our team in Tokyo!

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

– Experience creating popular videos for all social media platforms.
– Being comfortable appearing in videos and narrating them.
– Having extensive knowledge of social media trends.
– Personal passion and interest in kawaii culture or Japanese pop culture.
– Ability to speak and write in English at a native level.

 

Main Duties:

 

– Shooting and editing photo & video content for ads and social media.
– Researching Japanese trends and being able to create content about popular topics.
– Making decisions and plans based on data and metrics.
– Planning and creating monthly content calendars.

 

Working Conditions:

 

– This is a full-time remote job in Tokyo and you’ll be working with our team located in Japan and other countries.
– You’ll get to work with a fun and relaxed team.
– No overtime. Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are off.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

 

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to join our kawaii team! 

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

– Experience creating visually compelling branded marketing and advertising collateral for our email campaigns, website, printed materials, and digital advertising.
– Ability to take key art from a larger campaign concept and execute that vision across all print and digital components of a campaign.
– Personal passion and interest in kawaii culture is a strong plus.
– Ability to speak and write in English at a conversational level.

 

Main duties:

 

– Print leaflets, catalogs & flyer designs.
– Facebook & Instagram ads design.
– Other ad formats such as email newsletters & web banners.

 

Working conditions:

 

– This is a 100% remote freelance job with a stable number of hours every month.

– Ability to communicate and negotiate in Japanese with suppliers and manufacturers.

– Ability to work in a startup environment.
– Interest in kawaii lifestyle and Japanese pop culture.
– Ability to work in an international team but independently.
– E-commerce, sourcing, or purchasing experience.

 

Main duties:

 

– Negotiating with Japanese wholesale suppliers and manufacturers.
– Representing the company in Japan and taking care of administrative tasks.
– Arranging shipments of products to outside Japan.

– You will work remotely or from our office in Tokyo.
